Des has been racing Historic Formula Fords for many years and has a passion for restoring and developing these vehicles. He has a continual drive to ensure that his racing cars have the best performing engines and are well maintained.

Mike Budd has been involved in motor racing for more than 30 years. Coming from an engineering background, his passion has always been racing engines. Mike has also been preparing racing cars for the last 20 years with a number of successful wins under his belt with both his engines and cars competing at various local and international championships.

With both Des and Mike being involved in the competition part of racing for the last 30 years, their passion progressed into a realization that there is a market for the manufacture of quality race components for these vehicles at competitive prices. Mike Budd’s attention to detail and his passion for the racing industry has ensured this “race ready” performance and safety standards are unequalled.
